Personalised birth education course, tailored to your needs. This individual education course can be delivered in your own home, in mine or online depending on what suits your needs.

What is included?

12 hours of personalised antenatal education either online or face to face in your own home or mine.

The price includes my travel within 5miles from Oxted; travel outside of this area can be discussed and agreed on an individual basis.
A copy of the KGH official hypnobirthing book.
Birth team guide full of information.
4x relaxation audio files
Continued support up to and after birth via whatsapp, video call or email.

Who is it for?

This option might be for you if you struggle to fit anything into your busy schedule and want flexible times, or if you would like extra time to discuss individual questions or needs.
Recommended to be undertaken between 24-36 weeks of pregnancy.
